According to many social scientists, the most important thing in life is a person's social and professional network. In other words, the people around us - our associates, our team, our friends. Why not Retire Young and Retire Rich? The audiobook urges parents not to be obsessed with their kids' "letter grades" "good grades" might only mean they or the student themselves were successful in jamming a square peg into a round hole Robert Kiyosaki - author of the 1 personal finance book of all time - has built a legacy around simplifying complex and often-confusing subjects like money and investing. He continues to challenge conventional wisdom and asks the questions that will help listeners sift through today's information overload to uncover ways to assess what's real And use truth and facts as a foundation for taking control of their financial lives.

Whether you're a seasoned investor or buying your first property, this is the one book you can and will listen to it over and over. Robert Kiyosaki's team of real experts shows you how to: value a property, lease a property and keep it leased, get financing, title and protect entities, find hidden investment opportunities, minimize taxes, and establish your own team of advisors. Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are both concerned.

Their concern is that the rich are getting richer, but America is getting poorer. The entitlement mentality is epidemic, creating people who expect their country, employer, or family to take care of them. And like the polar ice caps, the middle class is disappearing. America is becoming a two-class society, and soon you will be either rich or poor. Trump and Kiyosaki want you to be rich. In the tradition of their number-one blockbuster Why We Want You to Be Rich , the all-star team of best-selling authors Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki reunites to teach listeners what it takes to be successful and influential entrepreneurs in Midas Touch.

What makes some business owners wildly successful? What separates the entrepreneurs who build businesses from ones who just seem to create more work for themselves?

Here are answers. Tax-Free Wealth is about tax-planning concepts and how to use tax laws to your benefit. Tom explains how the tax laws work and how they are designed to reduce you taxes, not to increase them. The audiobook explains how to use the tax laws to your advantage and in ways that will support business owners' vision and growth plans for their companies.

Once listeners understand the basic principles of tax reduction, they can being immediately reducing their taxes to the point where, eventually, they may even be able to legally eliminate income taxes and drastically reduce other taxes. In fact, there are different investments for the rich, poor, and middle class. As the title states, it is a "guide" and offers no guarantees Rich Kid Smart Kid is written for parents who value education, want to give their child a financial and academic head start in life, and are willing to take an active role to make it happen In the Information Age, a good education is more important than ever.

But the current educational system may not be providing all the information your child needs. This audiobook addresses many of the challenges facing stock market investors and the ways many investors use the stock market to achieve their financial and investing goals. The audiobook teaches the principles of the author's "four pillars of stock market income" and effectively simplifies these concepts to help investors harness their power and potential.

Stock Market Cash Flow also includes valuable discussion on where paper assets fit and don't fit in the context of Rich Dad principles. Why do the rich get richer even in a financial crisis? In his new book, the best-selling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad confirms his message and challenges listeners to change their context and act in a new way. Robert Kiyosaki here takes a new and hard-hitting look at the factors that impact people from all walks of life as they struggle to cope with change and challenges that impact their financial world.

In An Unfair Advantage: The Power of Financial Education , Robert underscores his messages and challenges listeners to change their context and act in a new way. Listeners are advised to stop blindly accepting that they are "disadvantaged" people with limited options and challenge the preconception that they will struggle financially all of their lives.

Robert's fresh approach to his time-tested messages includes clear, actionable steps that any individual or family can take, starting with education. Education becomes applied knowledge, a powerful tactic with measurable results. In true "Rich Dad" style, listeners will be challenged to understand two points of view, and experience how financial knowledge is their unfair advantage.

I am not happy at a with this book. It is almost an exact repetition of "cash flow" book and the other book "increase your financial Iq" I barely heard new knowledge in this book which does not exist in the other two books. Also it seems Robert went too far in advertising indirectly for his educational seminar which too much repetition and insistence on his educational seminar affect the credibility of the message because it is his own seminar and his own company.

Robert is a great thinker and educator but I do not understand why he follows these cheap sales strategies. Is there anything you would change about this book? Given it substance. I often felt like I accidentally hit the rewind button because he repeated himself so much!

It just didn't have anything viable to say. Has Unfair Advantage turned you off from other books in this genre? Was Unfair Advantage worth the listening time? Any additional comments? Don't waste your money. There are plenty of books that actually provide usable information. Same information, more stories, more details but no new lessons from the other books he's put out.

There is so much common sense in this audio. I wish I had listened to it 20 years ago. Still never to late I recommend this audio - it is easy to listen to and very practical.

Definitely worth the cost. It seems slightly different then the hardcover book but, I could be wrong. Either way this is a great book. It did a great job breaking down taxes and how it affects your wealth. A must read or hear! So grateful that Robert is helping to turn the word Capitalist into its proper meaning.

This book is an eye opening and totally mindblowing summary of how the US and world money is working. It so easy to follow and underatand. Amazing book!

I recommend it to everyone who wants to get a better understanding of why it so hard to get a real quality of life and financial freedom.

I love the Rich Dad books. All of the books are a bit similar, but the information is good. Thank you. I have almost all of the Rich Dad books. Excellent, excellent, excellent book. I am a true Rich Dad believer and thinker.
